A local man from Wood County rescued a lost little girl who was wandering along an Ohio highway and it was all caught on camera.
Derek Flory, of Haskins, was on a four-hour drive when he saw a young girl walking on a highway, miles away from her home, on Feb. 14.
“At one in the morning I was driving from Portsmouth up to Wauseon, Ohio,” Flory told 13 Action News.
It’s a drive he’s taken many times before. As he traveled this lonely, dark road on US-23 North, he saw a strange light that caught his eye. His work truck has multiple cameras and they captured the entire incident.
