CINCINNATI, Ohio-Cincinnati police are seeking help to locate 13-year-old Queen’syhna Hogan, who was last seen leaving her home on Linn Street in the West End at 7:15 a.m. on Friday. She was heading to school in the Clifton area but did not arrive. Hogan is described as a Black female, 5-foot-9, 120 pounds, with red and brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and khaki pants. Anyone with information is asked to contact Cincinnati police at 513-352-4567.
