CLEVELAND, Ohio-The Cleveland Division of Police is searching for a missing 15-year-old girl named Valissa Toney. She was last seen on May 13 in the 3900 block of Storer Avenue. Valissa is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink “Pink” brand hoodie with a blue shirt, beige pants, and white sandals. Valissa is on several medications, and there is concern for her health.
