One of the families who said their babies suffered brain injuries at their daycare last October has filed suit. The lawsuit, filed in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Thursday morning, accuses Early Beginnings Childcare and Learning Center and the worker they said is responsible of negligence. The suit demands accountability from all parties.
