The Franklin County Coroner’s Office has determined that the death of a newborn baby girl at Nationwide Children’s Hospital was accidental. An autopsy report released Tuesday revealed that Ellieana Peyton, born on March 4, died on March 31 at the hospital due to a congenital heart defect complicated by blunt force head injuries.
