The North Ridgeville City School District will launch the upcoming school year with a high-energy community celebration beginning at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 15 inside Ranger Stadium. This year’s “Ranger Rally” promises to be extra special, as it combines the district’s traditional back-to-school festivities with two major milestones — the opening of the 2000 Wilcox Time Capsule and the official groundbreaking for the new North Ridgeville High School.
