CIRCLRVILLE, Ohio-William Kisor, a 56-year-old man from Circleville, was arrested Thursday outside a hotel on Columbus’ Southeast Side after attempting to meet with what he believed were a mother and her three minor daughters. Kisor, who has previously served two federal prison sentences for possession of child pornography, was instead taken into custody by federal agents. He has been charged with attempted enticement of a minor. Kisor had been released from prison after serving over 11 years for a 2013 child pornography conviction, during which a judge recommended he receive sex offender treatment.
