A 14-year-old boy has been arrested in a shooting that killed a 16-year-old in Over-the-Rhine last week. It happened on June 19, when officers with the Cincinnati Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Vine Street for a report of a shooting in an apartment. Officers found one victim, who police said was shot in the chest. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died.
