What will it take to end childhood hunger? Who is responsible for solving this problem? These are the questions legislators, supporters and advocates ask, and I have spent much of my 30-year career trying to answer them. At Children’s Hunger Alliance (CHA), we tackle childhood hunger head-on every day, and there is widespread bipartisan sentiment to address it. It’s hard to understand how anyone could argue against the basic need for children to have nutritious food every day of the year.
