Wellington Schools was found to have overpaid a former administrator and to have incorrectly documented the use of grant dollars, according to a report Ohio Auditor Keith Faber released Tuesday. Two findings were revealed by the Ohio auditor over a reporting period between July 2023 and the end of June 2024, including a finding for recovery of “illegally expended” public money, as well as “material weakness for internal control reported for major federal programs.”
