COLUMBUS, Ohio-Two teenagers and a mother died in a head-on collision early Monday morning. Samuel Beyene and Joel Beyene, both 19, were in a Dodge Charger driving the wrong way with its lights off on East Livingston Avenue when they crashed into a car driven by Deandra Brigham, 32. Brigham died at the scene; she is remembered fondly by her family as loving and energetic. Samuel Beyene died hours after the crash, and Joel Beyene passed away the next day. A passenger in the Charger remains hospitalized. Samuel Beyene had recent traffic-related legal issues. A candlelight vigil is planned to honor Brigham’s memory.
