A Warren man who pled guilty to rape and gross sexual imposition case in Mahoning County has learned his fate on Thursday. Fifty-year-old Daniel Ortiz-Torres of Warren was sentenced to 10 to 15 years in prison on one count each of rape, a felony in the first degree, and gross sexual imposition, a felony in the third degree.
