Cleveland shooting sends 13-year-old affected child to the hospital

A 13-year-old was taken to the hospital after a shooting in Cleveland. Cleveland EMS tells 3News the teen was taken to Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital on Sunday night in stable condition.
