Lima Catholic Schools Students and Alumni come Together for 41st Annual Positive Addiction Run

LIMA, Ohio-Lima Catholic Schools celebrated the 41st annual Positive Addiction Run, redefining the concept of addiction. The event, which kicked off with a keynote speech by Chad Dunlap, emphasized addiction’s broader scope beyond substances, highlighting the importance of redirecting addictive tendencies toward positive pursuits like fitness.

Dunlap shared insights from his own journey of recovery, advocating for moderation and finding healthier outlets. The event also tackled societal pressures, with St. Charles Dean of Students Anthony “Tank” Wilkerson discussing the impact of social media on today’s youth and the importance of choosing positivity.
