CINCINNATI, Ohio-Latrelle Rogers, a 19-year-old, has been arrested and charged with the murder of 17-year-old Edwin M. Arrington on New Year’s Day. Prosecutors stated that Rogers shot Arrington multiple times, with the shooting captured on surveillance footage. Arrington was found dead outside a house in the CUF neighborhood of Cincinnati after police responded to reports of gunfire. Rogers will be held in jail on a $1,500,000 bond as determined by a judge.
