Ohio Republicans want public schools to teach positive impacts of Christianity on history

A pair of Ohio Republican lawmakers want public schools and public universities to teach positive impacts of Christianity on American history. No other religion is mentioned in the bill.  Republican state Reps. Gary Click and Mike Dovilla recently introduced Ohio House Bill 486, also known as the Charlie Kirk American Heritage Act. Kirk, a political activist who founded Turning Point USA and often spoke about his Christian faith, was killed while speaking at Utah Valley University on Sept. 10.
