Officials have identified the teen who was fatally shot at a Cleveland apartment complex last week. Tresean Martin, 16, of Cleveland died at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center on Friday after he was wounded at Rainbow Terrace Apartments on Garden Valley Drive.
