CLEVELAND, Ohio-Ayramis Riggins, who has pleaded guilty to domestic violence and endangering children, is currently wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Department. He poured bleach on a breastfeeding mother and has a history of criminal gang activity, including a 2020 arrest involving firearms. Riggins also has outstanding warrants for failure to appear in court in Beachwood. Last known to be in Bedford, he is considered armed and dangerous.
