SOLON, Ohio-The former Solon Middle School wrestling coach, Robert Farley, had a misdemeanor assault charge dismissed in Bedford Municipal Court. The charge stemmed from an alleged incident at a wrestling practice at Solon High School on January 2.
Farley, along with the assistant middle school wrestling coach, resigned earlier in the week. The charge was filed after a high school student and parent reported the incident to Solon police, leading to Farley turning himself in on January 3.
