CLEVELAND, Ohio-Michael Eloshway, a former participant on “90 Day Fiancé,” was found guilty of two counts related to child pornography. The jury deliberated for under two hours after a three-day trial, where Eloshway faced charges of receiving, distributing, and possessing child pornography. He faces a prison sentence ranging from 17 years and 5 months to 20 years. Eloshway’s defense argued that he unintentionally downloaded the illegal content while seeking adult pornography through BitTorrent. Despite his testimony denying intent, prosecutors presented evidence that FBI agents discovered thousands of child pornography files on his computer. Eloshway’s sentencing is scheduled for October 29, and he remains free on bond until then.
