JACKSON, Ohio-On Monday evening, a 12-year-old was critically injured in McArthur, Ohio, when he was struck by a minivan after failing to yield at a stop sign. Riding his bike northbound on South Spring Street, the child was hit at the Main Street intersection. He was first taken to a local hospital by Vinton County Emergency Medical Services and then airlifted to Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus by MedFlight.
