Rain lingers southeast this morning, with areas of dense fog for much of western Ohio. This afternoon overall looks pleasant after we dry out, with highs returning to the 70s. Another wave of rain returns overnight, with heavy downpours possible Southeast of I-71 that could lead to areas of flooding Wednesday.
