Warren man pleads guilty to performing sexual act on 15-year-old girl

A Warren man had pled guilty to performing a sexual act on a 15-year-old girl. According to the Trumbull County Prosecutor’s Office, 38-year-old Curtis McKellar pled guilty to two third degree felony counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a child.
