After a chilly, windy and wet Wednesday, clouds clear tonight, making for an even colder morning tomorrow. Lows for much of the state drop into the 30s, with 40s more likely northeast, where lingering clouds continue to roll in off the lake. Expect more sunshine for much of Ohio on Thursday, although lake-effect rain will still persist in the north.
