A school district in Clermont County was placed in fiscal caution by the state Oct. 23. New Richmond Exempted Village School District was placed in fiscal caution, the lowest of three levels of oversight imposed on districts by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce. The move comes after a review of the district’s October five-year financial forecast submitted by its treasurer Brett Floyd.
