GALLIPOLIS, Ohio-Calvin Jordan, a cell phone repairman from Gallia County, has been indicted on 40 felony charges related to downloading private photos from his clients’ phones, including minors.
The charges include three counts of pandering oriented matter involving a child, one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented materials, and 36 counts of unauthorized use of property – computer, cable, or telecommunication device. Jordan, aged 27, allegedly downloaded nude and intimate photos from over 40 clients, both male and female, during his employment at Direct Computing Solutions in Gallipolis from December 2021 to April 2022.
