CLEVELAND, Ohio-In Cleveland, a 15-year-old boy from Mentor collided a Hyundai with a police car. Following the collision, the driver and passengers, including a 16-year-old from Madison, a 16-year-old from Painesville, and another 16-year-old from Mentor, fled from the scene. Law enforcement officers apprehended all individuals involved, who were charged with receiving stolen property.
