COLUMBUS, Ohio-Nicholas Anderson, 35, was arrested by the Franklin County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force for allegedly downloading and distributing child pornography using the BitTorrent network. Anderson, who was living near Stiles Elementary School, faces charges of pandering sexual matter with a minor and failure to register as a sex offender. He admitted to possessing the material on a USB and is wanted for a similar offense in Washington State. Anderson is scheduled for arraignment on September 4.
