OSU Education Students Donate Books to Spartan Ride, Bus Ready for Summer Stops

LIMA, Ohio-The Education Club at The Ohio State University at Lima recently hosted a book fair to raise funds for purchasing books for Lima City Schools, benefiting the district’s Spartan Ride program. This marks the second year the club has donated books, contributing around 70 titles just in time for the Spartan Ride’s summer schedule. The Spartan Ride is a converted school bus that serves as a mobile learning center, providing educational materials, Take and Make kits, and resources for families. The summer schedule for the Spartan Ride includes stops at various locations, starting June 6 at Lincoln Park and Unity Elementary School, and continuing through June 11 at multiple sites.
