Elder High School Fathers and sons Team up to Deliver Thanksgiving Meals to those in Need

CINCINNATI, Ohio-For 16 years, Elder High School has hosted a Thanksgiving tradition where fathers and sons team up to prepare and deliver nearly 60 meals for those in need. Volunteers pack holiday staples like turkey, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie, strengthening community bonds. Father-son teams, like Sebastian and Henry Valladares, view the effort as a way to create lasting memories. The meals are prepared by volunteers, with the goal of delivering complete holiday dinners to local homes. Organizers emphasize the importance of community involvement, teaching sons the value of helping others. The tradition continues to grow as community needs increase.
