A former city of Harrison police officer is facing voyeurism charges after police say he recorded a minor in the bathroom.
Eric Gregory, 45, was arrested by Miami Township police after they say Gregory taped a hidden camera in the floor vent of his Milford home to record people undressing, including a teen using his shower, according to court documents.
Upon learning of the charges against Gregory, the Harrison Police Department placed him on paid administrative leave Jan. 23, according to a news release. The next day, he resigned from the department, police said.
