The Youngstown City Schools Preschool department is holding an enrollment open house where parents can enroll children and get answers for any questions about the process. The event is on Tuesday, June 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Youngstown Preschool on 2851 Kirk Road.
