NORTHWESTERN, Ohio-Hermanio Joseph, the driver of a minivan involved in a fatal crash with a Clark County elementary school bus in August 2023, has been convicted of involuntary manslaughter and vehicular homicide. Joseph had initially pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated vehicular homicide following the accident, which resulted in the death of one student and injuries to over 20 others.
