WEST LIBERTY, Ohio-The West Liberty-Salem Board of Education recently convened to provide updates to the public regarding district activities. The meeting commenced with reports from Elementary, Middle, and High School principals.
Elementary began state testing for grades 3-5 and celebrated successful music performances by second and fourth graders. The Lunch Buddies program concluded on a positive note. Middle School highlighted March Students of the Month and ongoing testing efforts. High School students were commended for their charitable contributions to Indian Lake. High School testing updates were provided. The board approved administrative recommendations including curriculum adoptions, volunteer approvals, a resignation, and the creation of a Media Center and Student Success Coordinator position.
