LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, Ohio-Former Lakota School Board Member Darbi Boddy no longer faces a criminal charge related to a court order requiring her to stay 500 feet away from another board member, Isaac Adi. The misdemeanor charge for violating the order by attending the same board meeting as Adi was dismissed at his request. Adi expressed a desire to move on from the situation and avoid a trial. Boddy has been removed from the school board due to missing meetings and has been unsuccessful in overturning the protection order, which remains in effect until September 2025.
