This November, Westerville residents will be able to vote “for or against” an earned income tax that will go to Westerville City Schools. Earlier this week, the Westerville City School Board voted to add a levy on the November ballot. It’s a 0.75% earned income tax levy to provide operating expenses for Westerville City Schools.
