Springboro voters approved a bond issue request in Tuesday’s election, but voters in Franklin and Jefferson Twp. rejected tax increases, and Carlisle voters kept a previously passed income tax. Franklin and Jefferson Twp. schools may now face state takeovers, as those districts are facing fiscal challenges.
