Franklin County officials have launched a new child protection campaign aimed at reducing rising cases of deadly accidental drug exposure involving children in the home. Franklin County Children’s Services says the county has recorded an increase in incidents where children come into contact with dangerous substances, including fentanyl residue, prescription medication, and cannabis products.
