BARBERTON, Ohio-The Barberton City Schools Board of Education approved a Master Marketing Agreement with Arcadia Towers to install cell towers on district property, potentially generating additional revenue without construction or maintenance responsibilities for the district. They also renewed 12 administrative contracts effective August 1.
Among those renewals were various administrative positions including Maintenance/Custodial Supervisor, Technology Coordinator, and Assistant Principals. Additionally, the board observed a moment of silence for Phil Hodanbosi, approved resolutions challenging Summit County property valuations, and accepted several resignations, hires, and leaves of absence.
