CLEVELAND, Ohio-Timmeka Eggleton, a 31-year-old Cleveland mother, pleaded guilty to charges including murder, felonious assault, and endangering children in connection with the death of her 3-year-old son, Curtis Witcher. Witcher was found unresponsive in a stroller inside a store near E. 79th Street and Euclid Avenue and was pronounced dead at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital on June 14, 2023. His death was ruled a homicide three days later, leading to Eggleton’s arrest.
