COLUMBU, Ohio-Several wrongful death lawsuits have been filed against a central Ohio trucking company and its driver, alleging they disregarded crucial safety measures that could have prevented a fatal multi-vehicle crash. On November 14, 2023, the driver of a Mid-State Systems semi-truck in Hebron rear-ended a Nissan Murano and then collided with a motorcoach from the Tusky Valley School District on Interstate 70 near Etna, Ohio.
