TOLEDO, Ohio-A 4-year-old boy was shot in central Toledo on Miller Street between Blum Street and Nebraska Avenue around 8:30 p.m. Police responded to the incident and the child was taken to the hospital in stable condition. Authorities believe the boy was not the intended target but was caught in the crossfire of a separate altercation, as over 10 shell casings were found at the scene.
