Kate Nicholson, known as The Discount Teacher on Instagram, highlights ways for teachers to save money. She points out that while back-to-school sales are common, teachers can find year-round discounts from various retailers, including J. Crew, Loft, Adidas, and Nike. Teachers can also access discounts on cell phone plans, travel, and hotels using their teacher IDs. Additionally, educators may deduct up to $300 of unreimbursed expenses on their tax returns.
