Known for developing technology for healthcare, Palarum created a “smart sock” designed for fall prevention. This sock, embedded with conductive yarn and sensors, detects when a patient gets out of bed. The system includes a smart badge that alerts nearby healthcare workers in real time, helping to quickly address any issues.
