COUMBUS, Ohio-Joshua Bock, a 32-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio is accused of masturbating in view of children getting off a school bus. He was arrested after multiple children reported the incidents to their parents. Bock is a Tier 1 registered sex offender. Initially facing state charges, he is now charged with a federal offense related to child pornography. During an interview, Bock admitted to masturbating in the doorway as children got off the school bus. A search of Bock’s phone revealed videos and images of child sexual abuse. Bock claimed to be a “collector of child pornography” since 2018. Additional files found on his devices contained graphic content that was not detailed in the report.
