DAYTON, Ohio-The Dayton Police Department credited media coverage and community help for identifying individuals in a social media video showing them waving loaded firearms near a child. 18-year-old Antonio Locklin has been identified and arrested on October 31, facing charges of Child Endangering and Having Weapons While Under Disability.
