Toledo man arrested, accused of threatening juvenile with knife who ‘refused to have sex’ with him

A man was arrested Sunday for allegedly threatening a juvenile with a knife.

According to a Toledo Municipal Court document, 43-year-old Eric Osborne threatened a juvenile victim with a knife because the juvenile “refused to have sex” with him.

For allegedly restraining the liberty of the juvenile, Osborne was charged with abduction with a sexual motivation, a third-degree felony.
