An Akron man is facing multiple felony charges, including compelling prostitution, after allegedly trying to arrange a sexual encounter in Salem with what he believed was a 15-year-old girl and her mother. According to an affidavit filed by the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force, 31-year-old Christopher Tarter allegedly used his phone to request sex acts for $220 from an undercover agent posing as a 15-year-old female and her adult mother.
