A special gift was presented to a fighting boy. The Ohio Valley Chapter of A Special Wish Foundation hosted its fifth annual Golf Scramble today, welcoming 22 teams for a day filled with golf, great food, raffle prizes, and fellowship. But the true highlight of the day was the heartfelt presentation of a special wish to three-year-old Neiko.
