A Toledo woman is accused of endangering children for an incident in which she allegedly tried to run over a man while an infant was in the front seat of her car, without any car seat or safety belt. Sierra Thomas, 26, of Toledo, was arrested on Wednesday and booked into the Lucas County Jail on an endangering children charge.
